As GLCoaching’s Personal & Professional Development Consultant I offer specialist life coaching courses that are built around the individual.

Each programme is specifically designed to assist you in becoming the person that you want to be.

No two individuals are exactly the same, we are all motivated in different ways and restricted by different ideas and beliefs that we have about ourselves and the world around us.
 
Together, we can examine these restrictive ideas and beliefs and change those that are holding us back and preventing us from achieving personal fulfilment.

Why exclusively for gay men?

 

As a practitioner I wanted to specialise and as I have 'lived-through' experience of being a gay man,  obviously I'll have a greater understanding of the issues that are relevent specifically to that group.  I should though explain what I mean when I say 'gay man'.  We all carry assumptions about the term but I refer to any man with whom same sex inspirations, motivations, issues or concerns are significant.  Identity is core to us all and, quite frankly, there are many men who have sex with other men or who have thoughts of having sex with other men, who simply do not identify themselves as being gay. Likewise there are those who embrace the term willingly.  Regardless of where you see yourself on this scale I can offer knowledgeable, resourceful and empathetic support, encouragement and guidance.
